LOCALS in Clackmannanshire and Stirling have been left stunned after a "low-flying" Royal Air Force fighter jet rocketed through the sky.
Dozens of residents across the two local authorities have reported "getting the fright of their lives" after seeing a Typhoon jet fly just above their rooftops at around 12.25pm on Tuesday.
The jet was first spotted coming from Fife as it passed over the villages in the Hillfoots, flying over Dollar, Tillicoultry, Alva and Menstire, in Clackmanshire before it made a sharp turn near Dumyat and headed towards Stirling.
