A jury has been shown photos of Russell Brand's flat where a woman claims he raped her, leaving her hurt, bleeding and fearing she had contracted a disease.
The court heard the woman was a "massive" fan when she came to one of his stand-up performances at the Hammersmith Apollo in 2009, where she was "selected" by the comedian in the foyer, who allegedly pointed at her and said: "You".
She told police she willingly had a threesome with the star backstage at the Apollo, then later went to his Hampstead home knowing they would have sex.

She told police in a video-recorded interview played to Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday that Mr Brand "hurt me and harmed me, and when I asked him to stop he didn't".

Mr Brand, 51, denies three charges of rape, three counts of sexual assault, and one allegation of indecent assault in alleged attacks against six women as he rose to fame between 1999 and 2009.
He arrived at the central London court wearing a dark coat, sunglasses and heeled suede ankle boots with his wife, Laura Gallacher, for the fifth day of prosecution evidence against him.

The woman said she "wanted it to be over" during the consensual sex, she recounted the "traumatic" anal rape, and told police Mr Brand put Quantum Leap on the TV when it was all over.
She told police: "From the very moment it happened, I felt I had willingly gone there and from what his reputation was, what did I expect?"

The woman – who is the final alleged victim to give evidence – said Mr Brand invited three women to have drinks with him after he performed to a packed crowd at the Hammersmith Apollo in February 2009, pointing at them in the foyer and simply saying "you".

The court heard the woman confessed to her boyfriend afterwards and they split up. She told police she decided to have sex with Mr Brand again after the breakdown of her relationship.
She told the police officer: "I want to make this really clear, that I went there knowing that I would have sex with him.
"I've really struggled for a really long time to accept what happened to me, because I went there knowingly and willingly."

Afterwards she says the comedian looked "horrified" and instructed her to "clear up the mess you have made".
She recalled using wipes and black toilet roll from Brand's bathroom, adding: "He put the TV on, I remember it was something like Quantum Leap."

The woman said she told friends and family afterwards and underwent sexual health tests, believing she had contracted a disease from Mr Brand.
Earlier on Tuesday, another of Mr Brand's accusers said a "culture of fear" prevented her from reporting the TV star for allegedly sexually assaulting in a radio station corridor.

The woman alleges the star pinned her against a wall and groped and kissed her "hard" while three men and a woman looked on.
"There was a culture of fear," she said, recalling the atmosphere at the time as "people-pleasing".
"Russell Brand was an A-list star, it was Big Brother, people were watching it, we all watched it."

Questioned by Mr Brand's barrister Ian Winter KC why she had not reported the incident and suggesting she had a professional "obligation", the woman hit out at workplace "banter" at the time.

"It wasn't an environment where management were coming to talk to us about workplace behaviour – that didn't exist."
Talking about what may have happened had she raised the alleged assault with her line manager, she told jurors: "I think they probably would have said something along the lines of: 'Oh, you're lucky.'"
The woman said she had been "triggered" to come forward to police after seeing a 2023 documentary on sexual misconduct allegations about Mr Brand.

She broke down in tears in the witness box as she said she would not "gain a single thing" by reporting the incident and giving evidence.

She also told the court that she struggled to understand why the men and woman who witnessed the incident "didn't do anything to stop him".
The woman added: "I wonder if I was alone with him, what would have happened. There is a man who is mauling me in front of people."
The trial continues.
