Five people have been shot dead in a market square in the Polish city of Kraków.
More than a dozen others are understood to have been wounded in the attack, which happened on Saturday afternoon.
Police said the alleged gunman drove onto the city's Main Square and used a long military-type firearm and aimed at random people.
He was dressed in military fatigues.
