The Ghost Rider star revealed last week that he's been living in hotels after a massive sinkhole opened beside his Malibu family home in September. Nicolas and his long-time wife Riko appeared to leave their worries at the door as they celebrated the actor's latest film, Madden, at a star-studded world premiere in California on 4 November.
