Jude Bellingham has 46 caps for England

England midfielder Jude Bellingham has bought a 1.2% stake in cricket team Birmingham Phoenix, saying "I feel like I owe the city something".

Bellingham, who grew up in Stourbridge just outside of Birmingham, has bought a minority stake in the city's Hundred franchise worth close to £1m.

The 22-year-old came through the ranks at Birmingham City before joining Borussia Dortmund, with the Blues later retiring his number 22 shirt.
