Pensioner killed after telling off child on e-bike
Andre Wright-Walters

A pensioner was attacked and died later in hospital after telling a child not to ride a Lime bike on the pavement, a court heard.

James Gbadamosi, 67, was punched twice in the face by Andre Wright-Walters, 38, and hit his head on the pavement in Balham, south-west London, on Aug 24 last year.

Mr Gbadamosi died in hospital two weeks later.

Ben Holt, prosecuting, earlier told the court Mr Gbadamosi was with his partner outside Costa Coffee on Balham High Road "and became upset about a young boy cycling a Lime bike on the pavement".
