PSHE KS1 / KS2: Recharge – videos to reinvigorate and build resilience

This page features a collection of Moodboosters videos and resources designed to help pupils to recharge. These movement-based classroom activities can help pupils become aware of the importance of self-care and taking a break, whilst building resilience and recognising what makes them special. These are free, fun, curriculum-linked videos which will get pupils moving to recharge their mood, mental health and wellbeing alongside famous faces including TV presenters Rhys Stephenson and Joe Tasker. Being able to recognise when we need to slow down, or take some time to stop, can help us to achieve calm and feel better. Rest is important for our bodies to grow strong and flourish and can help us to stay healthy and well. Moodboosters classroom resources can be used for teaching primary school pupils age 5 - 11 PSHE in England, Health and Wellbeing in Wales and Scotland, and PDMU in Northern Ireland, and to support with Ofsted, Estyn and Education Scotland requirements. Check back for more Moodboosters activities coming soon.
